Natalia's Progress

October 24, 2023

One thing I am are proud of is finding a sense of balance. During the first stages of my change project, I was all on board on completing my project. However, reality hit. I am a senior in high school that needs to start wrapping everything up. I was very stressed and worried about the lack of progress on my project. To fix this I partnered with another change scholar, Cassandra Lundy. We divided the work and picked out days when we would focus on our project.

One thing that has changed about my project since the initial summer planning stage is the topic of my change project. My first project addressed environmental issues found in the Everglades. However, bringing my project to reality was very hard. I could not find a partner to work with. When I was trying to go forward with the project something else would get in the way. I overcame this problem by finding a new opportunity. Cassandra Lundy was looking for help on her project. We both shared the same interest and got along well with each other. We saw that working together give us the opportunity to product something great that will create change.
