CREATING  A  SAFE  SPACE  FOR  MY  PEERS

What I have done so far for my project is choosing a name, creating a mission plan, and writing a script for one of the mental health related videos I am going to do. What I plan to do later on is to potentially create a website, then create at least 3 videos to show to middle school's and if accepted, I will spread the word around the school about the site and the locations for the videos. Most likely involving a flyer posted throughout the school with all the information they need.

 

The hardest thing about my project is going to be producing the video. First I need to get actors willing to help me, and who are good enough to sell the perspective that they actually do have a mental illness. Then I'll need to format it with facts and show it on the video. The editing will be tedious, and this process will have to be done for multiple videos which may be at least 10 minutes long each.
